He was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on 25 December 1942 for knowingly receiving liquor contrary to the Native Administration Act [22]
He went before the Carnamah Police Court on 26 December 1942 where he was sentenced to seven days imprisonment [22]
Along with three others, he went before the Police Court in Mingenew on 29 October 1951 and was fined £2 for receiving liqour [4]
The other three men were fined £1 while the man who had provided them with the liqour was fined £35 and cost of £1 [4: 3-Nov-1951]
Resided in Mingenew 1953 [4: 7-Feb-1953]
At about midnight on Friday 30 January 1953 he was found lying on the road between Mingenew and Three Springs [4: 7-Feb-1953]
The next day he was charged £1 and 3/- costs at the Police Court in Mingenew for being dangerously intoxicated [4: 7-Feb-1953]
At the time of his death he was a retired labourer and was living in Carnamah [176]
Died 11 January 1986 in Three Springs; buried at Mingenew Cemetery in Mingenew, Western Australia (Roman Catholic, 85C) [176]
